From decadent chateaubriand, seafood, Italian or BBQ - there’s
always a great dinner option close by. Join us Tuesday to Saturday
for our dinner buffet. Prices start at $23.95 per person.

Tuesday:
Caribbean Seafood Specialties
Featuring local Caribbean seafood dishes enjoyed by
the islanders. Discover a popular Aruban dish - Keshi Yena ((pronounced
kay-shee YAY-na) that translates to stuffed cheese. Other selections
include red snapper island-style, shrimp Creole, mussels with
white wine sauce, lobster chowder and a marinated seafood salad.
A salad bar and dessert station highlight more local favorites. |

Wednesday:
Noche Italiana
Begin the evening with an antipasto selection of Italian cold
cuts, Laguna’s famous minestrone soup and focaccia bread.
Then enjoy classic favorites from the pasta station or choose
from other outstanding entrees like roast lamb, chicken piccata
or mushroom risotto. A salad and an Italian dessert bar will
compliment the evening. |

Thursday:
Viola! Chateaubriand
Tonight Laguna showcases a cut of beef tenderloin made popular
in France and served with béarnaise or peppercorn sauce.
Other French-inspired creations include cream of asparagus
soup, grilled salmon, pork braised in red wine, escargot served
in a creamy garlic sauce over pasta and a sampler cheese board
with French bread. A salad bar and dessert station are also
included. Ask your server for our wine list featuring vintners
from around the world. |

Friday:
Seafood Sampler
This seafood bonanza is overflowing with choices. Begin with
seafood chowder, crab chowder or shrimp cocktail. Then enjoy
more shrimp, delicious grouper, mounds of mussels, Laguna’s
popular Spanish seafood paella and spicy curry chicken. Selections
vary by the season. A salad bar and dessert bar are also featured. |

Perfect - Prime Rib
Featuring USDA prime rib cooked to perfection and then
served au jus with classic Worchester pudding. Other selections
include split pea soup, a salad bar, California sushi roll, chicken

are a salad bar and sweet station. |

Sunday:
Backyard Cookout
Like a backyard cookout, Laguna celebrates this holiday
pastime once each week. Menu highlights are favorites like steak,
spicy Spanish pork sausage, chicken and mahi-mahi, all marinated
and then grilled, but not before adding fresh fruit or Laguna’s
famous chimichurri sauce. This cookout also includes cream of
pumpkin soup, a selection of healthy salads - Greek salad and
chicken and pineapple salad - and grilled vegetables. Finish
this meal with a selection of taste-tempting pastries. |
